Engineering platforms and tools

Explore the product ecosystem

The platforms behind our engineering.

Specific capabilities for the work between model evaluation and enterprise operation.

Our engineers select tools for model development, release control, compliance evidence and operating workflows. Each is fitted to the client-approved architecture and used where the engagement calls for it.

Where the capabilities enter delivery

Start with the engineering question. Select a capability below to inspect its role and scope.

Client-approved engagementScope, access and production decisions remain with named owners.

ControlFrame

Support the control environment. Evidence collection, source lineage, requirement mapping and live control testing.

Placement describes a capability’s role. The engagement architecture defines which products are used and how systems connect; each retains its own scope and review requirements.

Portfolio capabilities

Understand the role before choosing the platform.

Each product addresses a different engineering problem. Its capabilities, evidence and operating boundary inform where it belongs in the delivery plan.

01

ControlFrame

Compliance evidence and control system

Turn the control environment into a live evidence system.

ControlFrame connects evidence to its source, preserves lineage and chain of custody through signed manifests, maps requirements and crosswalks between frameworks, runs live control tests, and organizes the technical record so an assessor can work in it directly.

Capability scope

  • Evidence collection with source lineage
  • Cryptographic hashing and signing
  • Requirement mapping and cross-framework crosswalks
  • Live control testing
  • Assessor and auditor workspaces
02

LeanLogix

Governed model factory

Train, evaluate, and sign the models that go into production.

LeanLogix connects model adaptation and training to evaluation design, data lineage, and release review. A release manifest binds the model and its evidence by digest; the signature supports integrity and signer verification. Reproducing a result also requires the workload, evaluator, configuration, and environment.

Capability scope

  • Adapter-first training on open-weight bases
  • Evaluation suites authored before training
  • Separation of duties on promotion
  • Model, dataset, and lineage records per release
  • Signed releases with offline integrity checks
03

The agentic harness

Release control for agent-built software

Put a gate between an agent's work and production.

The harness seals a verdict before code is allowed to ship. Policy runs at the boundary rather than inside the agent, the decision is recorded as an artifact, and an agent cannot grant itself the permission it was refused.

Capability scope

  • Policy evaluated at the release boundary
  • Sealed verdicts recorded as artifacts
  • Agents cannot self-authorize
  • Replayable decision records
  • Vendor-neutral across coding agents
04

MOEModels

Experimental model evaluation and evidence tools

Experimental · Apache-2.0

Connect an evaluation to the deployment that produced it.

MOEModels provides experimental tools for planning, running, verifying, and gating evaluations of a specific model deployment. Evidence passports connect the endpoint, workload, configuration, and recorded results so an engineer can inspect the conditions behind an evaluation.

Capability scope

  • Deployment planning and endpoint measurement
  • Evaluation run records and evidence passports
  • Evidence verification and policy gates
  • Evaluation tooling under Apache-2.0

The repository exposes a method and experimental tooling. Published evaluation results require a defined workload, method and evidence; the tooling alone establishes no model-performance advantage.

HealthNext Runtime

Governed workflow runtime for payer operations

Put governed AI on the healthcare operating path.

HealthNext Runtime combines a governed workflow runtime, typed system tools, privacy boundaries, human decision gates, audit records, and payer accelerators across prior authorization, claims, appeals, and member operations.

Capability scope

  • Governed agentic workflows
  • Typed tools against systems of record
  • Privacy and human-authority boundaries
  • Prior authorization, claims, and voice accelerators
  • Signed, independently verifiable records
06

LockedIn Labs AI Ops

Enterprise operations intelligence

Connect the operating signal to an accountable decision.

LockedIn Labs AI Ops brings network and contact-center observability, AI agent orchestration, investigation and governed decisions into a shared operating context. Explore the platform overview and field notes by Sam M. Sweilem, then sign in to evaluate the synthetic reference workflows.

Capability scope

  • Service topology and operational evidence
  • Network and contact-center operating views
  • Agent orchestration and investigation
  • Decision ownership and approval records
  • Public AI operations field notes

HealthNext is the healthcare practice that deploys HealthNext Runtime for health plans and operations regulated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

From portfolio to engagement

The delivery architecture determines how it fits.

A reusable capability is one part of the production system. The client’s workflow, integration boundary and operating responsibilities shape how it is configured and accepted.

Follow the delivery model
  1. Agree the boundaryScope the workflow, systems, approved access and decision owners before implementation.
  2. Review the evidenceEvaluate the engagement-specific configuration against agreed acceptance criteria and release controls.
  3. Transfer the operating capabilityEngagement-specific code, configuration, runbooks and evidence move into named ownership under the agreed terms.

Start with the problem the platform needs to solve.

Bring the workflow and the operating environment. We can review which capabilities fit and what the implementation requires.
