The Executive Build
Three days · On site · Executive-ledThe executives
build first.
To lead an AI-native organization, start with the work itself.
A three-day immersion where your executives build and test a consequential, bounded workflow with LockedIn Labs engineers and coding agents, inside an agreed governance boundary.

Up to three podsEach led by a business owner
Up to 18 participantsParticipation agreed in scope
One next decisionA gated plan for a selected workflow
Who it is for
The people who own the outcome.
For executive teams making decisions about AI investment, operating models and delivery. Business owners build alongside the people responsible for engineering, security and release.
Executive sponsors
The CEO or divisional president joins the opening and final readout. Board members can join the day-three discussion.
Workflow owners
Business owners participate throughout, writing the specification, setting acceptance criteria and presenting the result.
Engineering and security
The CIO, CISO and engineering leads bring the system context, security boundaries and operating ownership into each decision.
Concepts become decisions when leaders have something concrete to examine. The build connects hands-on work to ownership, evidence and the next investment choice.
Two weeks before day one
Set the boundary.
Prepare the build.
Interview the business owners and CIO, select workflows from your priority list and make the workspace ready before the room convenes.
- A consequential, bounded workflowAgree the outcome, acceptance tests and a feasible workshop slice for each pod.
- Approved access and data rightsUse synthetic data by default. Confirm permissions, rights and controls before any approved data is introduced.
- Security and authority from the outsetEstablish tool permissions, model access, approval gates, named owners and an approved usage budget.
- A prepared workspaceAgree the cloud, stack and gateway, validate access and share a short workflow brief with each pod.

The three days
Build. Examine. Decide.
Executives make the choices. Engineers support the implementation. Each day leaves a record the next decision can use.
- 01
Day one
See it, then build it.
Begin with an operating picture: what agents can do, what people must decide and how an outcome is measured. Each executive-led pod writes a bounded workflow specification, builds with an engineer and coding agents, then tests against agreed acceptance criteria.
Day's outputA scoped workflow and its first test record
- 02
Day two
Challenge the work.
Exercise failure paths, approval gates and policy boundaries established before the build. Executives review model choices, evidence and observed run cost, make the tradeoffs and record what the tests support. Estimates and measured observations remain distinct.
Day's outputBehavior checks, decision evidence and run-cost notes
- 03
Day three
Present and decide.
Business owners present the original workflow, the built workflow and its test and cost record to executive leadership. Select a workflow for further review and agree a 30-day decision plan with named owners, acceptance gates and the evidence needed to advance.

What you leave with
Work you can inspect.
Decisions you can own.
The handover captures the workshop result and the next review gates. Production promotion follows the selected workflow's acceptance and approval process.
The working workflow
A bounded workflow built and tested during the workshop, with its specification, acceptance criteria and observed behavior.
The cost record
Notes on observed workshop run cost, with measurement scope, assumptions and estimates identified for review.
The evidence pack
Build and review artifacts, test results, policy decisions and open issues tied to the work they describe.
The ownership plan
Named business and engineering owners, next decisions and a 30-day roadmap for the selected workflow.
Engagement-specific code and artifacts transfer under the agreed terms. Your team retains release authority; platform licensing and third-party rights are defined in the proposal.
The engineering system
Bring the right evidence to the room.
The engagement scopes how your stack and the relevant LockedIn Labs platforms support the build. Platform use, supported connections and review outputs are agreed during readiness.

Leadership close
to the build.
Sam Sweilem · CEO, LockedIn Labs
Sam shapes engagement leadership and scope, connecting the business decision to engineering and governance. The proposal confirms the delivery lead and participation for your engagement.
The proposed delivery model is one senior engagement lead, one forward-deployed engineer per pod and an architect across the pods. Team composition and responsibilities are confirmed in the scoped proposal.

Bring a workflow
worth building.
Tell us the outcome your executives need to understand, the systems involved and who will own the work. We will scope readiness, participants, timing and a commercial proposal around that context.
Use a brief description. Keep sensitive records and credentials in your approved systems.
