Forward-deployed capability · AI and product engineering

Build AI products that work inside the enterprise.

We design and build AI-native products, agent systems, and enterprise applications from first principles through production operations. Product leaders, architects, AI engineers, and platform engineers work as one delivery unit—with evaluation, control, and observability inside the build from day one.

Intelligence that can act in the enterprise

  1. 01

    Approved context

Define which sources the workflow can trust, retrieve and retain.

  2. 02

    Model intelligence

Choose a model against representative tasks and constraints.

  3. 03

    Typed tools and agents

Expose explicit interfaces, permissions and failure behavior.

  4. 04

    Human authority

Assign the decisions that require approval or escalation.

  5. 05

    Observable production

Monitor outcomes and return material changes through evaluation.

Each boundary carries a decision and an accountable owner. The engagement charter defines the scope, acceptance criteria and production authority.

The build

A complete AI product capability.

The interface is one layer. We engineer the context, decisions, tools, integrations, controls, and operating system underneath it so the product can perform real work at enterprise scale.

  1. 01

    AI-native product architecture

Shape the product around model intelligence, durable context, deterministic tools, human authority, and an evidence-producing runtime.

  2. 02

    Agent systems

Engineer agents that reason over approved context, invoke typed tools, coordinate specialized work, escalate decisively, and remain observable end to end.

  3. 03

    Context and knowledge systems

Build retrieval, memory, state, lineage, and knowledge layers that give models the right enterprise context at the moment of action.

  4. 04

    Enterprise integration

Connect modern AI systems to the applications, APIs, data stores, documents, events, and operating processes that already carry the business.

  5. 05

    Evaluation and control

Instrument quality, policy, cost, latency, safety, approval, rollback, and model behavior as first-class parts of the product architecture.

  6. 06

    Production and modernization

Build new products, modernize critical applications, harden the platform, and operate the path from source repository through production telemetry.

Choose the intervention

The observed failure should determine what you change.

Start with a baseline model, a representative task set and explicit acceptance criteria. Retrieval, model adaptation and an agent workflow solve different problems; compare the complete system before committing to one.

  1. 01

    Improve the context

When the model lacks the right knowledge or current information, investigate retrieval from approved sources. Test source quality, freshness and how the system handles missing or conflicting material.

  2. 02

    Consider model adaptation

When a stable, task-specific behavior remains difficult after establishing the baseline, examine whether fine-tuning is warranted. Data rights, held-out evaluation and deployment constraints belong in that decision.

  3. 03

    Engineer the workflow

When the task needs multiple steps or actions in other systems, design tool contracts, state, permissions and human review. Evaluate the end-to-end outcome and failure recovery.

Inspect the architecture

The agent works inside a complete production system.

Approved context passes through model intelligence, stateful orchestration and typed enterprise tools. Evaluation defines acceptable behavior, named human authority controls release, and operations keep behavior and change observable.

The path from context to enterprise effect

Architecture and control boundaries
  1. 01

    Approved context

Retrieval · memory · state · source lineage

  2. 02

    Model intelligence

Model path · bounded instructions · structured output

  3. 03

    Agent runtime

State · routing · specialist coordination · stop conditions

  4. 04

    Typed enterprise tools

Interface contracts · identity · policy · integration

  5. 05

    Human authority

    Approve · escalate · override · release

  6. 06

    Enterprise effect

System action · disposition · evidence

The workflow defines which actions require approval, escalation or refusal. An agent’s model output does not grant it authority to act.

Before release

Evaluation defines correct behavior

Representative task, model, retrieval, tool, and policy cases run against explicit thresholds and expected refusals.

At release

Authority defines what may act

Shadow evidence, exception disposition, rollback readiness, and named approval establish the production boundary.

In production

Operations govern the next change

Quality, latency, cost, safety, tool outcomes, incidents, and exceptions remain visible; material changes return through evaluation.

Inspect the control loop and its decision records
  1. Define

What should happen, what must be refused, which exceptions require judgment, and what evidence establishes acceptance.

Evaluation specification · accountable operating owner
  2. Prove

Run task, model, retrieval, tool, and policy checks across representative operating cases and edge conditions.

Versioned results · exception register · engineering disposition
  3. Authorize

Read shadow evidence, control tests, rollback readiness, and unresolved exceptions against the release criteria.

Release disposition · named production authority
  4. Operate

Observe system and model behavior, tool outcomes, latency, cost, safety, incidents, and human escalations.

Operating telemetry · incident and exception record
  5. Change

Return model, instruction, retrieval, tool, policy, and workflow changes through the same control loop before authority expands.

Change record · regression evidence · next release decision

The product sequence

From product thesis to operating system.

Discovery, architecture, software, evaluation, and production operations stay connected. The team that understands the product decision also understands the code and the behavior it produces.

  1. Define

    Resolve the product thesis

Set the user, operating outcome, intelligence boundary, decision model, product surface, and commercial or enterprise value case.

  2. Design

    Architect the complete system

Design the product, context, model, tool, integration, evaluation, control, and observability layers together.

  3. Engineer

    Build through the real path

Develop in production-grade repositories, connect the systems of record, run evaluations, and advance through explicit human and technical gates.

  4. Operate

    Own the behavior in production

Observe model and system performance, manage change, tune economics, resolve edge cases, and expand the product from real operating evidence.
