Scope
This notice applies to LockedIn Labs' public website at lockedinlabs.ai, including engineering and workshop inquiries, talent introductions, contact forms and interactive demonstrations on this domain. A client engagement, partner environment or product deployment may carry a separate privacy notice, data-processing agreement or contract; that document governs the information within that environment.
Information we receive
The site receives information through three operating paths:
- Information you submit. The site forms can collect your name, email, phone number, organization or business, role, location, profile links, expertise, selected engineering focus, and the business, technical, workflow, or work-history context you choose to provide.
- Request and attribution context. Hosting infrastructure can process IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps and security logs. For engineering inquiries, the site remembers a recognized search, AI or referral channel and an approved public landing page in this browser tab's session storage. It sends that context with an inquiry you choose to submit. This feature uses no cookies or background tracking requests and does not retain query strings, search terms or arbitrary campaign values.
- Interactive experience data. When you choose to use a text or voice demonstration, the experience processes the prompt, microphone audio, configuration and conversation content needed to respond.
How information is used
We use website information to:
- route and respond to engineering, workshop, partnership, privacy and security inquiries;
- evaluate talent introductions and communicate about relevant team opportunities;
- prepare relevant working sessions and maintain business correspondence;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and demonstrations;
- measure which public materials lead to useful conversations; and
- meet contractual, legal and security responsibilities.
AI experiences
Public AI demonstrations transmit the material you provide to the infrastructure required to generate a response. Voice experiences activate only after browser permission and can turn microphone audio into a live transcript during the session. Certain builder experiences also store the configuration you create in your browser so it remains available on that device. When you create a builder share link, the agent name, role and knowledge are encoded reversibly in the URL itself; anyone who receives the link can read that configuration.
Use synthetic examples in public demonstrations. Keep patient, consumer, credential, financial-account, confidential client and other regulated information in its approved environment.
Retention and safeguards
Retention periods follow the purpose of the record, including business correspondence, recruiting and talent relationships, service operation, security, dispute resolution and legal requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when those purposes no longer require it. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and the systems that process it.
Your choices
You can manage microphone access and browser storage through your browser. You can also ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or raise a question about its use. We verify and respond to requests in line with applicable law. The website and its business services are designed for organizational users and are not directed to children.
