“Start with a two-week discovery. Pricing and the start date still need agreement.”

A WORKSPACE FOR KNOWLEDGE YOU CAN RETURN TO

Less rebuilding the backstory.
More getting the work done.

01 / ACCOUNT KNOWLEDGE

Know who, what and next.

Organize client notes, people, commitments and calendar events by account. Find what you owe, what you’re waiting for and the original discussion behind a decision.

02 / CONTEXT PRESERVATION

Keep the way you work.

Save relevant exchanges from AI sessions and review the standards worth retaining: tone, document structure, design preferences and delivery requirements.

03 / AI WITH EVIDENCE

Create from the record.

Ask a quick question, prepare for a meeting or draft an email and proposal. Inspect the cited passages, then export a Word draft with its evidence appendix.

FROM SCATTERED MATERIAL TO REUSABLE CONTEXT

A memory has a source.
An answer has a way back.

  1. 01

    Bring in the work.

Drag in screenshots, emails or documents. Paste a conversation or note. Choose the account and review extracted text before saving the original.

    Original source
  2. 02

    Decide what stays.

Review proposed facts and preferences. Only your approval creates a durable memory, with the exact supporting passage attached.

    Human-approved memory
  3. 03

    Continue the work.

Retrieve context in the workspace or connect a compatible agent through Model Context Protocol (MCP). Start with approved standards and relevant sources.

    Answers, drafts & agent context
FOR CONNECTED AGENTS

A new session can retrieve permitted memory instead of relying on the previous chat’s history. The agent can propose new memory; human approval remains in the workspace.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN, EXPLAINED IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Choose where
your AI runs.

Your source archive and search index live in a local SQLite database. Search and organization work without a model. Connecting AI changes who can process the context you select.

LOCAL

Use a model on your computer.

Connect an installed Ollama model for conversational help. The local model processes selected context on your device. Model downloads, storage and hardware are your responsibility.

YOUR PROVIDER

Use your own Claude API key.

Approve each cloud message before selected evidence, your message and recent conversation history go to Anthropic. Provider billing is separate. Cloud screenshot transcription has its own consent control.

YOUR CONTROL

Understand the storage boundary.

The app includes no usage analytics or advertising trackers. The workspace database is not encrypted at rest; protect it with device encryption and access controls. Passphrase-protected backups are encrypted separately.

External agents use their own models and privacy settings. Connecting through MCP does not make an external cloud assistant local or grant it unrestricted computer control.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before you bring in your context.

Can I organize screenshots of work conversations?

Yes. Import screenshots, review recognized text and save the source to the right account. The Mac build uses on-device text recognition. Review names, dates and small text before relying on extracted content.

Will it remember every Claude or Codex conversation automatically?

Save or import the exchanges you want to retain, or use a compatible connected agent to submit sources and proposals. Memory does not silently monitor every chat or inbox. Material that has not been saved or connected is not available to an answer.

Is this a personal CRM?

It can support personal account management with people, notes, commitments and events. It also preserves source material and reviewed operating standards so you can create new work from prior context.

Does it need an AI subscription?

Organization and search work without AI. Conversational help needs a configured model: an installed local model or your own Claude API key. A consumer chat subscription is not an API credential.

Can an enterprise use the same memory component?

The framework-independent core exposes scope-checked application contracts and replaceable storage and identity adapters. An enterprise deployment must supply trusted identity, explicit scope membership and its own accepted hosting and governance controls. A personal desktop installation is not a hosted team service.

Where can I download it?

LockedIn Memory is in private review. A signed public Mac installer and signed Windows installer have not been published. The current source repository is private. Contact LockedIn Labs to discuss a review; this page does not offer a public download.
