LockedIn Labs, the enterprise AI engineering firm behind the HealthNext healthcare operations platform and the caas.health governed voice-AI platform, today announced the appointment of Sam Sweilem as Chief Executive Officer.
Sweilem brings more than twenty-five years of technology leadership inside regulated industries — healthcare, financial services, and telecom — with executive responsibility for the systems those industries actually run on: claims and enrollment platforms, payments and core-system integrations, carrier-grade operations. He has spent a career on the buyer's side of the table, owning strategy, risk, governance, vendor selection, capital allocation, and the operating discipline that decides whether technology survives contact with an institution.
That résumé is the point.
"For most of my career, technology leadership meant deciding — strategy, risk, governance, capital — and then waiting quarters to learn whether the decision survived delivery. AI collapsed that distance. A leader can now carry a decision from prototype to workflow to product surface to operating environment in days. What it did not collapse is the institution itself: the architecture, the compliance posture, the audit obligations, the data boundaries. The work of this era is building intelligence inside those constraints, not around them. We call that enterprise-native AI." Sam Sweilem · Chief Executive Officer
Under Sweilem's leadership, LockedIn Labs operates on a builder's doctrine: every engagement ships working software on the client's own stack, governed from the first commit — verification gates, per-turn audit trails, human decision rights — through bounded pilots that go live in days and scale only when the client's own checks pass. The firm's platforms are the proof: the demonstrations on its sites are the production systems themselves.
"Intelligence has become abundant. Institutional trust has not. The discipline that decides the next decade is governed autonomy — systems that act with the speed of software and answer with the accountability of an institution. That is the firm we have built, and the only kind of AI we ship." Sam Sweilem · Chief Executive Officer
