The registry publishes an RFC 6962 Signed Tree Head — tree size, Merkle root, timestamp — signed with the same Ed25519 key as every receipt. Paste any receipt and watch its inclusion proof recompute to that signed root entirely in your browser. Certificate Transparency, for AI decisions — provably append-only.
